Thank you for shopping at Solar Mosaic Disk Lights! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Solar Mosaic Disk Lights is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. These orders will be shipped via USPS only.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@solarmosaicdisklights.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or international sanctions, or where shipping services are unavailable due to logistical or legal restrictions.
